How much space is required for a Inflatable Unit?
All we need is a relatively flat, open area that
does not have any overhead obstructions. The unit positively, may
not be located next to any wall, pole, or fixed object; a minimum of
4 feet clearance on all sides must be observed at all times.
Can they be used in the rain?
We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation if it rains
or there are high winds. However, if weather conditions are not too
severe, you will have the option of keeping or canceling your
reservations. In
case of rain, water may accumulate, remove all occupants and LEAVE UNIT
INFLATED. When rain stops you may re-enter, after you dry with a towel.
The units become very slippery when wet and can cause
injury to children and adults.
Where can the Inflatable Unit be set up?
Inflatable Units must be operated over a smooth
surface such as grass or hard top surface. The unit may not be
operated on rough surfaces such as rocks, glass, or any jagged
objects.
Who sets up the Inflatable Unit?
We pride ourselves in having a team of
professional representatives that are properly trained to set up and
deliver each piece of equipment. On some occasions we have allowed
for customer pick-up and return...If needed feel free to ask.
What is your bad weather policy?
We always reserve the right to cancel a
reservation due to high wind or rain. All canceled reservations can be rescheduled for a
later date or a full refund of any funds paid to us can be given. If
conditions are not to severe, you will have the option of keeping or
canceling your reservations. If you decide to keep the reservation,
there will be no refunds, discounts, or rain checks.
How long can I rent a Inflatable Unit?
We are very flexible and dedicated to making each event successful, so rental times will vary depending on needs.
Are the units new and clean?
Yes. All of our units are cleaned and disinfected with
environmentally safe cleaners as well as vacuumed after each rental.
Does there need to be an
adult supervisor?

does not have any overhead obstructions and a power outlet rated at
115 volts with SLO-BLO 20 amp fuse or 30 amp fuse capacity, located
